Hal is a founder and CEO of Xinetix, Inc., a business and technology development company assisting start-up to mid-size medical device companies with business development, strategic and operational planning, and product development. He has held positions as CEO, COO, General Manager, and V.P of Research and Development.   Thirty years in business management and technology development has afforded Hal in-depth, cross-functional business experience. He has held direct functional responsibility for R&D, Operations, RA/QA, and Intellectual Property management. 

 

Hal is a recognized expert in the fields of ophthalmology and electro-surgery. He assisted over 20 medical device companies with successful product development, process implementation, and product introduction. He has been awarded seven medical device patents for his efforts in these areas. Hal has also served as expert witness and technology consultant in 16 medical product liability and patent infringement cases.

 

Hal obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton. His early career as an electrical engineer and project manager was focused in the areas of communications, control systems, and imaging in the aerospace industries.
