BRDGE Bridge-to-Connect has successfully implemented a fully comprehensive and integrated approach to  provide all the advantages needed to STEM students in the program.  The four cornerstone components are:

Paid Internships

Working closely with our Industry Corporations and Sponsors, we offer paid internships to help prepare our participating students for success in their STEM career.  Their success enriches the community and contributes to the success of the country.

Mentorships

Preparing the 1st Gen student to perform to their highest level of success takes coaching, topic workshops, practice sessions, interview and personality workshops and more.  Students work 1 -on-1 with their mentor to empower them to achieve their goals.

Scholarships

Success is its own reward, but for 1st Gen students who are pursuing careers in STEM iand are from underserved communities, it is made possible thanks to the generosity and community programs of donors and sponsors.

Professional Development

Professional development is a multi-faceted system to the complexities of a STEM career and develops the mechanisms for confidence, networking, leadership, and interviewing in an environment which nurtures the growth and success of each student.
