Adrienne Matl is an accomplished technology leader with over 20 years of experience driving digital transformations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Vice President of Client Support, she built and led high performing teams for leading SaaS companies such as MeridianLink and Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO).
At MeridianLink, Adrienne spearheaded initiatives that catapulted customer satisfaction scores from 30% to over 90% through streamlined workflows, improved training programs, and tighter cross-functional alignment. She has a track record for successfully integrating complex platforms like Salesforce, Jira and CXone while maintaining business continuity.
Adrienne believes in paying it forward in her volunteer work focused on youth education and empowerment. For ten years, she refereed youth soccer with AYSO, supporting the development of young athletes on and off the field through fair play and mentorship. Additionally, she served 5 years as a Girl Scout Troop Leader, guiding youth girls to develop leadership, confidence, and life skills. She compelled by BRDG’s mission to empower underserved youth. She is thrilled to help equip the next generation of tech talent.
When she is not volunteering with youth organizations, you can find Adrienne actively involved with groups like Women in Technology International (WITI) and Toastmasters. She also enjoys sharing her knowledge by coaching professionals on career development strategies.
