The BRDG Innovation Challenge is a 20-week, real-world competition where first-generation and legacy STEM students collaborate to design innovative solutions to real-world problems. Each team is guided by three experienced (Senior, Junior and Trainee mentors); professionals and recent graduates who provide technical expertise, leadership coaching, and career readiness training.

Student Awards Sponsor – $7,000

Funds the top three team awards, recognizing excellence in innovation, teamwork, and presentation.
