entrepreneur with extensive leadership experience. He has guided organizations through digital
transformations, business growth, organizational scaling, innovative product delivery, efficiency
improvements, and market share expansion in both fast-paced private companies and Fortune

He is recognized for driving organizational growth and successfully transforming companies into industry leaders.

As the CTO at Sleep Number Corporation, Faisal played a pivotal role in the company's growth. He led Sleep Number Labs, the innovation arm in the Bay Area, and was vital to the company's digital transformation. Under his leadership, the company evolved from a manufacturer of smart beds to a leader in health and wellness. Faisal designed, scaled, and delivered SleepIQTM, an AIbased Sleep Wellness Technology Platform, achieving 600% growth in 4 years to 3 million smart sleepers and processing 1.8 petabytes of data annually. Faisal's strategic insight and business acumen were instrumental in this transformation, resulting in over $2 billion in revenue growth. He also laid the groundwork for the BreatheIQTM apnea classification platform.

At GlobalLogic (acquired by Hitachi), Faisal led the Cloud & DevOps practice, delivering digital
transformation to companies of all sizes, from growth-stage startups to multi-billion-dollar public
firms. His ability to navigate the diverse needs of these organizations was refined during his earlier decade at three different startups—PLUMgrid (acquired by VMware), Ortiva Wireless (acquired by Allot Communications), and Wichorus (acquired by Tellabs)—where he played a crucial role in fundraising from seed round to eventual M&A. Faisal's career began at Cisco Systems, where he developed multiple families of network devices that generated $5 billion in revenue.
